One collar, your own combination

A pet’s collar can be a small expression of your shared style. Bijuna’s interchangeable magnetic ornaments let you change the decorative accents on a compatible collar without replacing the entire piece. DIY here means choosing and rearranging compatible ornaments—not making your own magnets or rebuilding the collar.

Start with the collar colour and its existing bead strand. Floral accents can soften a jewel-led look; a contrasting centre ornament can bring focus to it. Choose a few coordinated details rather than adding decoration simply to fill every space. The bead strand and the magnetic ornaments are separate elements: changing an ornament does not change the strand.

Softness is the beginning. Fit comes next.

Bijuna’s collar bands are designed with a soft, flexible feel. The two collars pictured here are listed as PU, not genuine leather. Decorative materials vary by style; check the selected product’s material information rather than assuming every ornament or bead uses the same material.

Soft material alone cannot guarantee a collar will never feel tight. Measure your pet’s neck, use the specific product’s fit range and adjust the closure so it is neither restrictive nor loose enough to slip. Total collar length is not the same as the neck circumference it fits. Do not size by breed or by a model photograph.

Introduce the piece in a short, supervised session. Check that the band and decorations do not interfere with normal movement or catch in the coat. If your companion scratches at it, tries to chew it or seems uncomfortable, remove it and reassess the fit. A quieter look—or no jewelry at all—is the right choice when your pet needs it.

How to change a magnetic ornament

Remove the collar from your pet before changing its decorations. Use Bijuna ornaments intended for the compatible magnetic mount, and follow the attach, snap and press sequence shown on the product page.

  1. Choose a compatible ornament and inspect both the ornament and its mounting point for damage.
  2. Align the ornament with its matching mount and let it snap into position.
  3. Press it into place as instructed, then check that it is seated securely before putting the collar back on.

Decoration is not a leash attachment

Magnetic charms and bead strands are decorative. Never clip a leash to an ornament or strand, or use either to bear pulling force. Follow the product’s use instructions for the designated hardware and use suitable walking equipment for your pet.

Keep detached magnets and small pieces out of reach of pets and children. Remove the jewelry for unsupervised wear, rough play or situations where it could snag. Check ornaments, strands and fittings before each wear; do not use damaged pieces.

Keep the next styling session simple

After wear, follow the product’s care instructions, wipe gently when appropriate and dry before storing. Keep ornaments together in a closed container away from pets and children. Avoid harsh cleaners and soaking decorative parts unless the product instructions specifically allow it.

The aim is not the most elaborate collar. It is a combination you enjoy looking at and your companion can wear comfortably. Begin with one compatible design, check the fit, and change a detail when you want a new look.
