Request a return

Email bijunaqin@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. A clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase is sufficient; no special form is required. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery and send the items back within 14 days of your notice.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping to this address in China, including international postage. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of dispatch. Please contact us for return instructions; this does not extend or restrict your legal right to withdraw.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. The ordinary buyer-paid return rule does not override your statutory rights, including any right to a remedy without cost.

Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, reimbursement is due within 14 days of your cancellation notice, but may be withheld until we receive the items or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Payment-provider processing time may vary. Handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may reduce the refund where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
