Shopping with Bijuna
Terms of sale
These terms explain orders, payment, delivery and your consumer rights. Updated 7 October 2026.
Seller and contact
The seller is Bijuna, operating at Calle Via Amerina 12, 41016 Sevilla, Spain. Contact bijunaqin@gmail.com about your order, a complaint or these terms.

Products and ordering
Read the selected variant, materials, dimensions and use instructions before ordering. Decorative magnetic ornaments and bead strands are not leash attachment points. Keep loose magnets and small parts away from children and pets.
Only products available for checkout can be ordered. Review the items, delivery address and final total before submitting payment. A shopping bag or unpaid checkout does not confirm a sale. An order is accepted when payment is verified and the site confirms your order reference. If a payment requires review because stock is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange fulfillment or a refund; we will not substitute items without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices and payments are in EUR. The final checkout total includes applicable taxes and accepted-address shipping. Bijuna pays import duties and taxes under DDP delivery; no extra delivery or duty charge is added to an accepted order. Your card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or fees.
Payments are processed on Stripe's hosted checkout. Bijuna does not receive your full card number or security code. Keep your order reference and payment confirmation. If confirmation is delayed, contact us before paying again.
Delivery
Orders dispatch from China by EMS air shipping within 48 hours after confirmed payment. Estimated transit is 3–7 days after dispatch, subject to carrier and customs delays. Available destinations and any address review are shown before payment. Please provide a complete address and reachable contact details.
If delivery is delayed or an item does not arrive, contact us. We remain responsible for delivery until you or your designated recipient receives the goods. Your statutory rights concerning delivery deadlines and cancellation remain unaffected. See Shipping.
Cancellation and returns
You may withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For separately delivered items in one order, the period begins when the last item arrives. Notify us with a clear cancellation statement and your order reference, then return the goods within 14 days of that notice.
Return address: No. 2 Tanzhong Road, Qiaotou Town, Yongjia County, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China. The buyer pays international return postage for an ordinary change-of-mind return. This rule does not apply where a statutory remedy requires us to bear the cost. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of withdrawal notice; we may wait until the goods or proof of return arrives, whichever comes first. Faulty goods and disputes
Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged or differ from the agreed description. Mandatory legal guarantees and rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or reimbursement apply as required by the law governing your purchase. These terms do not limit those rights or impose return costs for a remedy that must be free of charge.
We will try to resolve complaints through bijunaqin@gmail.com. Spanish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Nothing here prevents you from using a competent consumer authority or court, including any right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
