Who is responsible

Information and purposes

We use your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, selected products and order/payment references to prepare and fulfill orders, arrange delivery and returns, and provide customer support. This processing is necessary for the purchase contract or steps you request before purchasing. Contact details and messages are also used to answer enquiries.

Account sign-in information and saved profile/address details support accounts you choose to create. Technical request and security records help prevent abuse and protect the service, based on our legitimate interest in running a secure shop. Order and payment records may also be retained to meet legal obligations and resolve claims. Providing delivery and contact details is necessary to fulfill an order.

Optional marketing and optional analytics require your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who receives information

Vercel hosts the website; Supabase provides the shop database and account authentication; Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout. These providers receive the information necessary for their functions. Stripe handles full card details; Bijuna stores order and payment references rather than your full card number or security code.

We share necessary recipient and delivery details with our fulfillment operation in China and EMS to dispatch your order. This involves sending those details outside the EEA. Service providers may also process information internationally. Applicable data protection rules govern these transfers; contact us for details of the relevant destinations and safeguards. We do not sell customer data.

Retention and security

We keep order records for fulfillment, returns, applicable accounting obligations and the period needed to establish or defend legal claims. Account data is kept while the account is in use; enquiries and security records are kept only as long as needed for their purpose. When you request deletion, legally required records may remain restricted to that purpose.

Access to order management is restricted to the authorized merchant. If you suspect misuse of your account or order, contact us promptly.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email bijunaqin@gmail.com; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions.

You may complain to Spain's Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) or your competent local supervisory authority.
